VENDOR RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
$100 CLEAN UP DEPOSIT
All vendors must pay a $100 cleanup deposit. After your event space is completely cleaned, you must take a 30-second video showing the area was left clean. Once the cleanup is verified, your $100 deposit will be returned. If your area is not left clean, the $100 deposit will be kept.
VENDOR SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM. All vendors must provide their own tables and their own electricity. Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned space clean throughout the event.
NO - REFUNDS - RAIN OR SHINE
All vendor registration fees are non-refundable. This event is rain or shine. If the event is officially canceled due to weather, your $100 cleanup deposit will be returned. Vendor registration fees remain non-refundable.
CLEAN UP VIDEO REQUIRED
At the end of the event, vendors must completely clean their assigned space and take a 30-second video showing that the area is clean. The video is required for verification before the $100 cleanup deposit can be returned.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, equipment, electricity, supplies, permits and licenses required for their business. Vendors must keep their space safe and clean and follow all event rules and instructions.
REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
By registering and submitting payment, the vendor confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to all vendor rules, fees, cleanup requirements, refund policies, and event requirements listed on this website.
